Background blur with selective reveal
Diperbarui 22 Jul 2026
Instead of masking subjects one by one, flip the problem: cover everything, then reveal only who should stay visible.
Turn on background blur
One switch blurs everything around your kept targets for the whole video. Bystanders, screens, and passing vehicles are covered without adding a target for each.
Reveal selectively
Targets you set to keep stay sharp inside the blurred scene. The typical interview setup takes two steps: enable background blur, then set the interviewee to keep. Everyone and everything else stays covered even as the camera moves.
Good to know
- Background blur applies across the full duration; you do not need to maintain it per scene.
- It combines with per-target effects, so you can still add a mosaic on a specific plate or face in the foreground.
- Strength is adjustable; a lighter setting keeps context readable while still making people unidentifiable.
