Video export options

Export as MP4 or MOV at 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, 2K, or 4K.

Choosing a resolution

• Match the original resolution when the export is the final deliverable.
• Render a lower resolution first when you just need to check the masks in context; re-export at full quality once everything is confirmed.
• Higher resolutions take longer to render, roughly in proportion to the pixel count.

What is included

The export contains exactly what the preview shows: every tracked mask, manual region, background blur, and per-target effect, burned into the video. There is no way to lift the masking from the exported file.

After export

The result is attached to the project, so you can download it again from the dashboard later without re-rendering.
