Delete your account

You can leave completely, and here is how it works.

Before you delete

• Download any exports you want to keep; deletion removes projects and their results.
• If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so no further renewals are charged. The plan stays usable until the end of the paid period.

Requesting deletion

Contact support from the email address on the account and ask for account deletion. We confirm the request from that address to make sure it is really you, then remove the account and its data.

What deletion covers

Your projects, uploaded files, results, and account profile. Records we are legally required to keep, such as tax-related billing records, are retained for the statutory period only.
