Supported files and limits

What you can upload to each studio, and what comes out.
Image Studio
- Input: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC.
- Output: PNG, JPG, or WebP at the original resolution. No downscaling.
Video Studio
- Input: MP4, MOV, and most common video formats.
- Output: MP4 or MOV at 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, 2K, or 4K.
PDF Studio
- Input: PDF documents up to 100 pages and 50 MB.
- Scanned PDFs are supported: image-only documents go through OCR automatically.
- Output: a PDF where masked text is physically removed from the file.
Common upload problems
- File over the limit: PDF checks run after upload, so the error can appear a moment later. Split large documents and process them in parts.
- Password-protected or corrupt PDF: remove the password and re-save the file, then upload again.
- Unusual video codec: re-encode to MP4 (H.264) and retry.
