Three detectors work together on every document.
The three detectors
- Pattern finds structured data: phone numbers, email addresses, national ID numbers, and other formats that follow rules.
- AI reads context to find things patterns cannot: names, addresses, and account details written in plain language.
- Vision looks inside photos embedded in the document and finds faces and license plates.
How findings are presented
Every finding is listed with its matched text, its type, and its page location. Findings are grouped by sensitivity so the most critical identifiers surface first.
Two special markers
- Ambiguous: the same text appears in several places and the exact spot could not be pinned down with certainty. Review these manually.
- Unlocated: the text was recognized but its position on the page could not be resolved, so it cannot be masked automatically. Cover it with a manual box if needed.
