Update your payment method

Renewals charge the payment method on file. Keeping it current avoids interrupted service.

Changing the card

Open the subscription section in your account settings and choose to update the payment method. A secure form from our payment provider collects the new details; BlurMe never sees or stores your card number.

When a renewal fails

• Update the payment method first, then the renewal is retried.
• Common causes are an expired card or a limit reached; the bank's message usually says which.
• If payments keep failing after the card is updated, contact support and we will check the subscription state with you.
