How long files are kept, and how to delete them

Retention differs between guest use and accounts. Deletion is always in your hands.

Retention

• Guest uploads are removed automatically after about one day, files and results together.
• Account projects are kept until you delete them, so you can return to a project weeks later.

Deleting a project

Delete the project from your dashboard and the uploaded file and its results are removed together. Deleting a folder removes the projects inside it as well.

Account-level requests

To remove your account and everything attached to it, contact support from the email address on the account. We will confirm the request and process the deletion.

A note on exports you downloaded

Files you already downloaded live on your own devices; deleting the project removes our copies, not yours.
